ADR Services

Arbitration A cost-effective method of having a fair and impartial third party decide a dispute without going to court, typically leading to a binding decision. Arbitration is similar to having your dispute decided by a judge, but you avoid going to court, and you decide who will be the arbitrator.
Mediation Mediation resembles a negotiation, but with the assistance of a third party trained to help the disputing parties solve their conflict by reaching a mutual agreement. A trained mediator enables you to reach an agreed-upon solution rather than a judge, or someone else, deciding your dispute.
Other Methods If your dispute requires a process other than arbitration or mediation, alternative dispute resolution tools are available including multi-door courthouse concepts: Private Judge, Special Master, Receiver, Settlement Conference, Mini-Trial, Early Neutral Evaluation, Fact-finding, hybrids of these, and more.
